Welcome to CRMGenie. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by CRMGenie Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Use of Service

• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• In the use of the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. A valid credit card or UPI payment is required for paying accounts.

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.

4. Data Ownership and Content

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by using CRMGenie, you agree to allow the platform to process your data for the purpose of provide the Service.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

CRMGenie reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that CRMGenie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
